Regional Headquaters building [PROJECT] [SIZE] 8,500 m 2 [OUR TEAM] Major Projects [FEATURES] Construction of a new atrium with architectural stairs and opened floor-slabs. Fit out of Regional Corporate headquarters with executive office facilities, break- out areas, conference rooms (including sophisticated AV and networked Video Conference facilities. Installation of Datacomms systems around the building and, through a Network Operations Centre, to the other offices in the UK & Europe.

Abercrombie & Fitch Complete demolition of interior back to grey box including finishes, structural [BRIEF] floors main staircase and central core Installation of structural floors, walls and new lift shaft and riser core Retail Shop fit-out [PROJECT] Major Projects [OUR TEAM] Design and installation of 6 storey internal metal staircase and 3 story [FEATURES] Monumental staircase. Restoration of historical features including plaster mouldings and timber mouldings. Design and installation of sales floor passenger lift and DDA lift. Design, Supply and install Mechanical, Electrical and Data services. Complete interior fit-out including Millwork, Doors, Panelling and Floor finished

  4. City Park Restaurant Refurbishment of a factory building to create a commercial restaurant facility within [BRIEF] multi-tenanted office building. Restaurant Facility [PROJECT] [SIZE] 2,000 m 2 [OUR TEAM] Major Projects [FEATURES] The facility provides approximately 140 covers plus Private Dining rooms. The catering environment includes specialist ‘Pod-Constructed’ cold stores and pantries installed for speed and in order to maintain the integrity of the environment. Specialist ceiling and lighting systems were designed to be able to alter the general arrangement of the space and create mood-effects so that the opened-out space could be multi functional and available for corporate events as well as general catering.

  5. Dell Computers Strip back to shell & core, and refurbish to provide HQ Campus facilities in [BRIEF] Southern England and Glasgow. Multiple Projects from minor refurbishments to UK HQ Campus fit-out, Bracknell [PROJECT] [SIZE] 500 - 24,000 m 2 [OUR TEAM] Major Projects, Special Works & Furniture [FEATURES] Complete reorganisation of the M&E / life-safety systems. Installation of diverse / redundant supplies to support new computer rooms, data labs and a European Broadcast Centre. Supply & installation of approximately 3,000 workstations to Corporate, Administration and Help-Desk staff.

[BRIEF] UK HQ Campus [PROJECT] 11,000 m 2 [SIZE] Major Projects [OUR TEAM] Complete reorganisation of the base build M&E systems to accommodate a cellular environment, installation of new executive suites and a conference centre. [FEATURES] A combination of bespoke and contemporary partitioning and ceiling systems were used around the building to create a variety of different environments.

Multiple Projects from minor refurbishments to UK HQ Campus fit-out [PROJECT] [SIZE] 500 - 24,000 m 2 [OUR TEAM] Major Projects, Special Works & Furniture Re-organisation of office and conference facilities in multiple buildings, providing [FEATURES] full Datacomms infrastructure. 3 major dining / staff canteen facilities. Supply / coordination / installation of more than 3,500 workstations, construction of a European Broadcast Centre, creating laboratory / test and workshop facilities.

  8. Electrolux Strip out and refurbishment of all M&E systems as well as interior fixtures and [BRIEF] some structural walls to create a new HQ building and corporate facilities. UK Headquarters Refurbishment [PROJECT] [SIZE] 11,000 m 2 [OUR TEAM] Major Projects Open plan spaces, cellular offices, meeting rooms, break-out areas training [FEATURES] facilities with full audio-visual, a fully operational restaurant and reception lobbies. A new roof, window / curtain-wall refurbishment, upgraded common parts and replacement of central services.

  9. Fujitsu Siemens Refurbishment of an existing 1980’s campus-style office building to create the UK [BRIEF] Headquarters of a new joint venture business between Fujitsu and Siemens. New UK Headquarters Building, Bracknell [PROJECT] [SIZE] 9,000 m 2 [OUR TEAM] Major Projects New reception area, completely reconfiguring the existing office and workplace [FEATURES] facilities. Upgrade to the Capital Plant at roof level. Re organisation of all on-floor HVAC installations. Construction of a new staff restaurant for 750 staff. Creation of new conference facilities and executive offices. A computer laboratory facility was constructed and a high redundancy Data Centre with appropriate, sophisticated fire suppression, security and control systems installed.

  10. GlaxoSmithKline A complex project to enlarge and refurbish the existing staff restaurant. [BRIEF] New Kitchen & Restaurant Facility [PROJECT] 420 m 2 [SIZE] Major Projects [OUR TEAM] Full replacement of the existing catering facility. [FEATURES] Interior works included feature ceilings, glazed front entrance partitions, specialist floor finishes, specialist joinery and furniture. New air conditioning and fire suppression systems.

  11. McQueen Fast-Track fit out from Cat A finish to create a new Regional Head Office for a well [BRIEF] established Hedge Fund Manager. Detail & Construction of an Office Facility [PROJECT] [SIZE] 600 m 2 [OUR TEAM] Special Works [FEATURES] New flooring, feature ceilings, partitioning, interior finishes and specialist joinery. The existing Mechanical & Electrical systems were substantially reconfigured and enhanced to accommodate the new layout. Installed all Voice & Data systems, video conference and meeting room facilities as well as the construction of a new independently served Computer Room.

  12. Information Research Inst. Fit out of a traditional office building to create an international Research Facility. [BRIEF] New Library & Research Centre [PROJECT] 6,000 m 2 [SIZE] Major Projects [OUR TEAM] Specialist ceiling and lighting systems were installed. [FEATURES] Highly engineered cooling, ventilation and humidity control in order to create a space that could be used by subscribers for extended periods, but provided an appropriate environment to protect the books and research materials. Specialist joinery, display systems and networked webcam/video-conference installations were incorporated into the furniture and storage equipment.

  13. Kingfisher Extremely fast-track fit out of new building in order to allow Client to take [BRIEF] advantage of the sale of their existing facility for redevelopment. UK headquarters building [PROJECT] [SIZE] 3,500 m 2 [OUR TEAM] Major Projects Replacement of all internal architectural finishes, installation of new offices, [FEATURES] meeting rooms and conference facilities. Significant reorganisation of the Base-Build M&E and Life-safety systems. All facilities were supported by a secure on-site Data Centre with appropriate diversity and redundancy of equipment. Our role also included the full coordination and installation of all Datacomms and furniture systems throughout the building.

Kleinwort Benson Refurbish part of an occupied, previously dilapidated cigarette factory (historically [BRIEF] Listed building structure) to create a contemporary but functional investment property. [PROJECT] Rolling refurbishment of Investment Property & tenant fit-outs [SIZE] 8,000 - 36,000 m 2 [OUR TEAM] Major Projects [FEATURES] Upgrade of the roof and basement plant in order to provide enhanced supplies for the tenants. Installation of on-floor mechanical, electrical, life-safety, alarm and BMS systems. Refurbishment of lift cores and main lobbies including specialist ceilings and feature lighting, new stonework and flooring finishes, creation of visitor area receptions and a retail refreshment area.

  15. NHS Berkshire West Refurbishment of an existing shell and core space (previously 3 retail units) for a [BRIEF] new GP centre, consisting of 10 Consulting Rooms, Triage Room, Meeting Rooms, Offices, Staff Facilities, Toilets and Waiting Area. [PROJECT] GP Walk-In Centre, Broad Street Mall, Reading. [SIZE] 900m 2 [OUR TEAM] Major Projects [FEATURES] Works included, New Partitions, Ceilings, Doors / Joinery, Shop Front, Fire Screens, Finishes, HTM HBN compliant Fittings and Fixtures including Sanitaryware, Drainage, HVAC, Electrical Distribution and Services, Sprinkler System, Fire Detection, Data Services.

Optimax Strip back to shell and core of a dilapidated retail outlet and create a state-of-the- [BRIEF] art laser surgery and manufacturing facility Detail & Construct of High-Tech Retail Outlet [PROJECT] [SIZE] 1,480 m 2 [OUR TEAM] Special Works [FEATURES] A complete opening up of the structure. Installation of ‘Clinical’ M&E systems and a total building refurbishment to create more useable facilities. Glass shop front and showroom front-of-house. Creation of sterile, clean and dirty room environments, consulting rooms, staff facilities, computer room, lab manufacturing room and kitchen areas.
