Blood Lead Data Flow

General Overview

 Blood is drawn and analyzed  Test Result reported by testing lab to CLPPP (5 business days)  Results imported into MICLPS  MICLPS populates HHLPSS and provides the weekly HD uploads  Results sent to MDHHS Data Warehouse

 Linked with MCIR

 Reports and data requests are pulled from the warehouse

 All blood lead results are uploaded to the state data warehouse on a

weekly basis

 Medicaid reporting  CLPPP reports  Michigan Care Improvement Registry (MCIR)  Live query into Data Warehouse  Will show Blood Lead results for any individual in MCIR  Blood lead tests that appear in MCIR have gone through the CLPPP

processing and are in our records.
