Application process flow The application procedure is simplified after careful evaluation of all the process. The steps of the above To-Be process are;

  • Dealer visits the portal or Agriculture Dept. Office of any level to fill the application. In case of

renewal, the dealer will get a SMS and mail remainder about the expiry of license.

  • The dealer fills the form and pays the fees (online or treasury).
  • The details are captured and records are updated.
  • The entered data will be moved to the next level whomever may be assigned for this role in the

process cycle by SA as electronically.

  • The same will reach the final authority who will issue the certificate.

  • As IS Process of Pesticide Quality Testing

The ADO/Inspector of the district collects the samples as per the target fixed by respective District Agriculture Officer

  • f the district. District Agriculture Officer sends the samples to SPTL for both Rabi and Kharif. After analysis, the

reports are sent to Director of Agriculture to issue the Quality Certificate of Pesticides of the samples concerned. Currently pesticides samples are collected by the Insecticides Inspectors from the Manufacturer/ Dealers/Retailer and Form ‘Form VI-C’ is filled, out of which one copy is meant for Manufacturers/ Dealers/Retailer, one copy is retained by him and one copy for Testing Lab. The pesticides Inspector also fills up form ‘Form XX (2 copies) countersigned by Manufacturer/ Dealers/Retailer, out of which one copy is meant for Manufacturer/Dealers/Retailer and other copy is retained by him. Then the respective insecticide inspector sends the collected samples to the TESTING LABORATORY(SPTL,RPTL,CIL) with the necessary documents( including Form ‘VI-C’), and sends report to the respective office as per Insecticides Act,1968). From the TESTING LABORATORY after testing, the bulk testing reports (through Form IX) are sent back to the respective
