Copper malachite in soils at Maboudou Project APRIL 2014

REPUBLIC OF CONGO  The Republic of Congo (Brazzaville) has produced copper for centuries.  The geological parallels between the Republic of Congo (Brazzaville) and Central African Copper Belt have been recognized since the 1930s. However, sustained modern exploration has never been carried

  • ut.

 A review of previously undisclosed archival records revealed over 20,000 stream sediment and soil samples on our licenses that were never followed up.  New data from recent regional airborne magnetic survey (500m lines spacing) and geological mapping promises critical new interpretive insights.  Handa has generated over 32 geochemical and structural targets, of which 3 have undergone initial testing, all with positive results.

MANAGEMENT

Jan Nelson, CEO B.Sc. (Earth Sciences) B.Sc. (Hons) Geology Jan is a seasoned industry veteran possessing a diverse range of skills acquired as an exploration geologist, mine manager and successful CEO of an intermediate-sized gold producer. Acting as Chief Executive Officer of AIM-listed Pan African Resources PLC, Jan oversaw its evolution from an exploration company with a market value of $30 million to a $550 million underground gold and platinum producer within a period of 5

  • years. During this rapid growth period, Pan African was one of

the most successful junior gold mining companies in South Africa and among the first to pay a high yield dividend for more than five consecutive years. In his capacity as CEO, Jan raised

BANDA-KAYES PROJECT

Handa Copper Corporation | HEC-TSX.V 13 13

BANDA-KAYES

  • Handa uncovered historic data from archives in Paris

that identified 17 stream-geochemical anomalies in the Banda Kayes license.

  • The targets were identified following a comprehensive

stream and soil geochemical survey carried out in the 1960’s specifically targeting Copperbelt-style copper mineralization concealed by regolith cover.

  • This work is of immeasurable value to Handa. It

includes over 9,500 samples taken at 250m spacing in every drainage and along access roads and pathways.

  • Due to the change of administration upon

independence, this work was never followed up!

slide-14
SLIDE 14

Handa Copper Corporation | HEC-TSX.V 14

  • Handa has identified the

Mbiongo and Tsangui targets as highest priority for initial follow up.

  • Preliminary mapping and soil

geochemical sampling has been carried out at both targets producing exciting results.
