One Serving Equals
1 cup (8 oz) milk or yogurt ½ cup 100% juice 2 slices of cheese 1 slice of bread 2 eggs ½ cup nuts 1 whole medium fruit 1/ 2 cup canned fruit 1 medium tortilla 1 cup cereal ½ cup rice ½ cup pasta Deck of cards size of meat – chicken, beef, fish
