Who Do You Bow To? • Acts 5:25-29 • We ought to obey GOD rather than men
Who Do You Bow To? • Choose to serve God WHETHER OR NOT He chooses to rescue you • Do what is right, knowing that God is ABLE to rescue you • But, DO IT, even if He doesn ’ t!
R E S O L V E • Fill your life with that kind of RESOLVE, and you can face any trial
Not ALONE in the Fire • God PARTICIPATES in our Trials • God not only carries us through our Trials, but He is there to ENCOURAGE and COMFORT us as well
Not ALONE in the Fire • 1 st Peter 4:12 & 19 NLT • Keep on doing right! • Trust yourself to God! • He will never fail you!
Contented & Prosperous • Are you more or less vulnerable when things are going well? • When things look good we have cause for concern • We are too often lulled into a sense of false security when things go well
