Kerala Government amended Neera Rules vide Order G.O.(P) No.27/2014/TD dated 14-02-2014. Out of 173 federations registered with CDB as on 2-3- 2014, 17 Federations were issued Neera production license on 2-3-2014 by the Hon’ble Chief Minister at Kottayam.
