“Insulin and other diabetic supplies are expensive! A friend told me about a program through Anthem called ConditionCare which provides a free health and wellness program to support type 1 and type 2 diabetics. They also support other conditions. I made the call and was connected with a nurse care manager who guided me through the process. Now my son speaks with ConditionCare once a month and his diabetic supplies and endocrinologist checkup costs are covered by the program. It was easy and the money we are saving can go towards
