Upcoming Deadlines – SAT School Day

Test Date Ordering Deadline (all orders for Fall 2020 are placed in TOS) Makeup Materials Ordering Window in TOS SSD Accommodations Request/Change Deadline Wednesday, September 23rd August 25th September 23rd through September 25th August 7th Wednesday, October 14th September 16th October 14th through October 16th August 25th Tuesday, October 27th *Revised date 2 days following your primary administration N/A Same as the primary date deadline

*If you have accommodations requests and have missed the deadline, submit accommodations requests anyway.

If schools need to use the October 27th SAT School Day makeup administration as the primary test day, they should follow these steps:

• In TOS, place an order for 1 test book for either the

September 23rd or October 14th test administrations by the order deadline.

• Reply to the College Board survey that they will

receive after the order deadline and provide an estimated test taker count for October 27th.

• This is not a test order, but it is an important

step as College Board plans for material availability and shipment for October 27th.

• During the makeup ordering window, place their test
• rder in TOS.

Schools utilizing this option will receive all College Board email communications related to fall testing and be provisioned for Test Coordinator online training.

Test Books

• Because Covid-19 caused most spring 2020

testing to be canceled, College Board has repurposed unused spring materials for SAT School Day administrations this fall.

• For the September 23rd SAT School Day

administration, test books will have “April 28, 2020” printed on the cover.

• For the October 14th SAT School Day

administration, test books will have “April 14, 2020” printed on the cover.

• For all SAT School Day test dates,

complete field 3 on the Coordinator Report Form (CRF) using your actual administration date, not the date printed

• n the test books.

Test Book Return Procedures

• Test Book return procedures have changed
• slightly. Schools will receive two kinds of

loosely packed labels in their test materials shipment:

• The first label, a preprinted UPS return

label, is mentioned in the Coordinator Manual and should be affixed to each package in your test book return shipment.

• The second, a red label, is a new addition.

You should also affix one of these labels to each package in your test book return shipment.

• Aside from this change, test coordinators

should otherwise follow instructions for returning test materials as specified in their Coordinator Manual.
