As the Army School of Command and Leadership, the mission of the Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan Military Academy is to enable prospective officers to exercise command in challenging circumstances, whatever the combat situation they will have to face. The school’s project-based educational program takes its roots in a two hundred-year-old tradition. This not a : Military course Commando training Recruitment test for a military career So you dont need to be particularly fit : normal activity is good enough ! But this is : A special moment where you will interact with people who habitually manage challenging projects in complex and difficult conditions.

You will be asked to address two questions (see next slides). The questions will be weighted equally and your paper should not exceed 1500 words in total.

Exempted people will have a teamwork to do in Jouy during the seminar, which will be also evaluated. Details will be given later.
