Potential to more than double mineralized areas given footprint of several additional gold anomalies Rattlesnake Hills is a district scale opportunity Multiple new targets, up to 8km from North Stock zone discovered in 2012 exploration Possible connectivity of demonstrated gold systems and potential presence of a porphyry feeder zone could allude to a huge gold system Even limited drilling in the middle zone between North Stock and Antelope Basin mineralized gold zones has shown significant gold intersects. Example: 62.5m of 0.51 g/t Au Original source of gold has not been discovered/proven Greatest upside potential at the project would be an ability to outline a robust underground bulk tonnage target This type of bulk mining operation would require an average grade of greater than 1 g/t Au

Company Overview

Creating Wealth Through Discovery

23

Evolving Gold focuses on large scale gold systems. In Nevada, we are focused on our extensive portfolio of property holdings within and adjacent to the prolific Carlin Trend in the northern part of the state. Evolving Gold is also actively advancing its gold discovery at Rattlesnake Hills, Wyoming which currently has 228 drill holes totaling over 76,800 meters to date. 19.5 meters at 11.6 gpt gold (64 feet at 0.34 oz per ton gold, (opt)) including 9.1 meters at 22.00 gpt gold (30.0 feet at 0.64 opt gold) 2.7 meters at 33.11 gpt gold (8.9 feet at 0.97 opt gold) 3.8 meters at 29.53 gpt gold (12.5 feet at 0.86 opt gold) North Stock Gold Zone: Drilling expanded known gold zone; intercepts included 102.1m

  • f 0.69g/t Au in RSC-170, 62.5m of 1.84g/t Au in RSC-171 and 42.7m
  • f 1.13g/t Au in RSC-175.

South Stock Target: Drill intercept RSC-180 returned 3.1m of 9.30g/t Au in this new target North East Stock Target: The first exploration drill tests intersected intensely altered porphyry stocks that do not outcrop, demonstrating potential for large, hidden, gold-mineralized porphyry bodies. Porphyry Target: Drill hole RSC-168, hosts multiple low to moderate grade gold intercepts in diorite and porphyry intrusions. 2011 drilling at Rattlesnake Hills, Wyoming totaled 8,193m (26,880 ft) in 24 holes Recently announced multiple high grade drill intercepts from the Carlin Project, Nevada
