BOARD FINAL OFFER Community Information CONTRACT TERMS OVER 4 YEARS INCLUDE: • ALL PRIOR TENTATIVE AGREEMENTS • ALL TEACHERS WILL RECEIVE SALARY INCREASES OF 2% IN EACH OF THE FOUR YEARS OF THE CONTRACT • 2% 2016-2017 BASED ON SALARY SCHEDULE PLACEMENT AND PAID IN A ONE TIME STIPEND PLUS STEPS (1.5 STEPS ALREADY PAID) • 2% 2017-2018 PLUS STEPS PAID ON SALARY SCHEDULE • 2% 2018-2019 PLUS STEPS PAID ON SALARY SCHEDULE • 2% 2019-2020 PLUS STEPS PAID ON SALARY SCHEDULE • SPECIAL PROJECT STIPENDS INCREASE FROM $20.00 AN HOUR TO $25.00 AN HOUR. • THE BOARD WILL FUND AN ADDITIONAL $100,000.00 EACH YEAR OF THE AGREEMENT TO THE DISTRICT’S HEALTH TRUST. THIS IS AN EFFORT TO KEEP HEALTH COSTS TO MEMBERSHIP DOWN.
