Other highlights � NICC technical work continues unabated, particularly in area of NGN interconnect; website being updated. � Competition Appeal Tribunal findings – no major impact but discussing lessons learnt with Ofcom � Review of NICC Articles of Association – Minor changes (Resolutions 3 and 4); will initiate review by all Members in 2Q/2009 � NICC Open Forum – 19 Nov 2008 at IET, Savoy Pl.
