NICC technical work continues unabated, particularly
in area of NGN interconnect; website being updated.
Competition Appeal Tribunal findings –
no major impact but discussing lessons learnt with Ofcom
Review of NICC Articles of Association –
Minor changes (Resolutions 3 and 4); will initiate review by all Members in 2Q/2009
