WORK ON BOARD Our technicians have more than twenty years experience in the maintenance of marine diesel engines: partial or total maintenance is not a problem. Our range of services goes from replacing parts of the engines such as crankshafts, cylinder blocks, to the complete engine. Navimec is capable of organizing in situ machining of various components, minimizing downtime of our customers at competitive costs, regardless the type of installation. We achieved our know-how on every type of vessel: Container, Tanker, Cruise Ships, Fishing Ships, Dredgers, Offshore Installations and Supply Vessels. During the past 23 years we have specialized in Wartsila, Mak, Man, Hanshin, Daihatsu, Volvo, Deutz, Noab Polar and many others 2/4- stroke engines. We grant warranty on the services we perform. We recently purchased and installed for one of our clients two new Wartsila L20 and W32 engines. We own necessary equipments in order to perform revision of main and auxiliary engines, revision of turbochargers, laser controlled alignments, vibrations measurements, revision of fuel pumps for 2 and 4 stroke engines.

WORKSH SHOP Our workshop is well equipped with all the necessary tools and machinery for reconditioning, overhauling and repairing of any components of the main marine engine or auxiliary with a capacity of reconditioning and polishing cylinder liners with bore diameter from 100 mm to 600 mm, overhaul pistons, cylinder head, turbocharger, pumps and other components.

OVERHAUL OF FUEL INJECTION PUMP AND FUEL INJECTION VALVE

Navimec is always looking for new solutions to

fuel consumption and reduce NOx/SOx emissions. Navimec warehouse has a large stock for 2-and 4-stroke diesel engines including a wide range of pumping, flow valves, nozzles from different makers: L'Orange Bosch, Zexel, Diesel Kiki, Bryce and many other brands. INJECTION PUMP MULTI-CYLINDER /ROTARY Our test benches are optimized for precise adjustment of multi-cylinder and rotary injection pumps. INJECTION PUMPS FOR SINGLE CYLINDER Our test benches are built for testing of injection pumps for single cylinder with continuous operation. Navimec can test and repair most

the injectors for marine

• applications. We use manual test injectors pumps and automatic

benches that can reproduce pressures and volumes of fuel present in larger engines.

We have a dedicated team for electric works. Our skilled technicians are able to provide high quality assistance and successfully design and perform electrical projects.

COMPRESSOR OVERHAUL

Our team is able to service any type of industrial screw and piston compressor, by using our mobile workshop. Compressed air systems are continuously subject to mechanical stresses, requiring constant monitoring and replacement of worn parts whenever necessary to prevent energy consumption or downtime resulting in loss of production.
