  • A very accessible orogenic lode gold project located in a stable jurisdiction that is open

to exploration and development.

  • Historic sampling has returned values of up to 442 g/t Au from boulders, and up to

170 g/t Au over 1.53 meters from drill core samples.

  • The mineralized system remains virtually untested below a vertical depth of 100 metres

(the only “deep hole” intersected 278 g/t Au over 0.50m at a hole depth of 257 metres), and remains open along strike.

  • 2015 soil sampling has identified several new, untested gold in soil anomalies.
  • Mapping of the recently exposed bedrock and mineralized veins indicated that the

controlling Au-bearing structures are orientated E-W and WNW, whereas the majority

  • f historic drill holes targeted N-S structures.
  • Regional exploration potential in an emerging, underexplored district.

Clarks Brook Gold continued…

  • Mineralization consists of silicified angular boulders up to 3 m in size with disseminated pyrite

arsenopyrite discovered by Altius Minerals Corporation in 2004. Altius reported assays ranging from 2.98 g/t to 24.5 g/t gold. In 2009, Altius completed an Induced Polarization (IP) and Magnetics survey that outlined several targets but no drilling took place – property dropped.

  • 2016 field work by Metals Creek – (MEK.V) resulted in the discovery in bedrock of similar style

mineralization to that of the boulders returning a grab sample assay of 19.24 g/t gold. In addition, thirteen (13) of the large angular blocks were sampled and yielded assays ranging from 0.24 g/t to 10.4 g/t gold.

  • The property is road accessible year round.
  • SIC optioned property from MEK in 2017 (no cash on signing with a 500,000 share payment

and $100,000 in work due in first year.

  • Phase 1 drilling (515 m) completed in October 2017. Returned 3.74 g/t gold over 3.10 metres

including 14.73 g/t gold over 0.60 metres. Similar results from 2018 (3 hole program).

  • Property for sale or advancement. Surrounded by New Found Gold Corp.
