27th May 2008 : Adoption of the resolution by the Supervisory Board of Apator SA of the consent to sell perpetual usufruct of land at śółkiewskiego in Toruń, buildings and constructions being separate property 23rd June 2008 : Adoption of the resolution by General Shareholders Meeting of Apator SA of the sales of perpetual usufruct of land at śółkiewskiego in Toruń, building and constructions being the separate property. half of 2009 : After the owner of Galeria Copernicus in Toruń was changed the negotiations started again on the sales of property of, Apator SA in Toruń. 28th December 2010 : Getting permission to run business in the area of Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. 9th March 2011: Purchase of property from Pomeranian Special Economic Zone in Ostaszewo. 18th April 2011: Conclusion of preliminary selling contract of property at. śółkiewskiego in Toruń, with Galeria Copernicus Toruń 2 Sp. z

Location of a new company on the territory of the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone The area of the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone is spread over the territory of three provinces and it covers: 447,03 ha in Pomerania Province, 170 ha in Western Pomerania Province, 603,08 ha in Kujawy and Pomerania Province Pomeranian Special Economic Zone is located in the area of Kujawy and Pomerania Province in Łysomice, Kowalewo Pomorskie, Barcin, Świecie, Grudziądz, Bydgoszcz and Rypin. Plot area of Apator in Pomeranian Special Economic Zone - 5.1429 ha. Total area of the new building - 16.000 m2, including manufacturing area – about 12.000 m2. Expected reserve for a new investment – about 5.700 m2. Expected the increase of employment in new location – minimum 100 persons, mainly in manufacturing area. Expected total employment in new location – maximum 600 persons. Cost of investment – about 30,5 m PLN obtained from the sale of land at at śółkiewski Street in Toruń.
