Signed in as Unit System Administrator because I am the Chairman.

I can choose my roll………as Administrator or Teacher

As Administrator, I can impersonate any teacher and help them along, register students for them, enter ratings, authorize new teachers to use the system, pull all entries to schedule the festival, correct name spellings, just about anything.

My roll now is Music Teacher

All festivals are listed and all of the student histories are recorded

All students are listed under their teacher.

Student names, year, class, rating, pieces performed

Lists every year, class, event and rating for the student.

Enrollment form

Class level will automatically display the lowest level at which the student may enter. Click on arrow to skip up to a higher level. Required pieces at the selected level will be displayed on a pull down menu. Click to select. Scheduling Note box is for requests. Type in choice piece and composer.

For Administrators who need to print out Reports: Easy Printout of Form JR 3-3 to send to State Treasurer and State Junior Festival Chair.
