  9. Tier Three Intense Intervention What does it look like? ● Intensive supplemental instruction (4-5x/week) ● Individual or small group (1-3 students) with a specialist in math or reading ● Frequent progress monitoring of individualized goals

  12. If the team recommends testing at a Referral PPT... Team members conduct a comprehensive evaluation Team meets again to review the evaluations and determine eligibility IF the student is found eligible, the team then develops an IEP (Individualized Education Program) to meet the student's specific and individualized needs
