1. Erosion of Medicaid expansion 2. Per capita allotment / block grant financing 3. Disparate treatment of expansion vs non-expansion states 4. State option to condition eligibility for nondisabled, nonelderly, nonpregnant individuals on a work requirement 5. Grants to states to support treatment and recovery services for people with SUD or MH diagnoses 6. Allowance for states to cover services provided by qualified inpatient psychiatric hospitals with 50% match for up to 30 consecutive days and 90 days total per year 7. Defunding of Planned Parenthood for one year 8. Funding increases for Community Health Center program 9. Stability for health insurance Marketplaces and affordability for consumers 4. Hold a productive dialogue with Congress, governors, and other stakeholders
