  • Individuals in sunsetting programs whose

income is greater than 138% FPL based on current income in ACCESS

  • For QHP:
  • Must pick a plan by 12/15/13 to be enrolled

effective 1/1/14

  • If plan is picked 12/16 or later, enrollment will be

2/1/14

  • Must pay the premium by 12/31/13
  • If premium paid late in December, ID cards and

enrollment packets may not be in customer’s hand by 1/1/14
