where conservation could be used to protect water resources and ecological integrity, or where conservation of key land cover types could be beneficial to preserving high infiltration areas, reducing impacts of new volumes of runoff, or restoring disturbed or drained wetlands.

Back by $20M bonding commitment from Hennepin

County.
