Planted(what grows and what does not!) No surprises, squash, pumpkin, cucumbers, tomatoes, corn, beans, peas and potatoes. Surprisingly, broccoli, cauliflower…. Goal 1. Year round supply of fresh and to process as frozen, dried or canned. 2. Expansion from Food Forest to fields and larger greenhouses (as needed). 3. Making our own heritage “acclimatized” seeds and plant stock. 4. Espalier the fences (for elders and disabled to access).
