JAMES BURN - COMPOSER, ARRANGER, LYRICIST, PIANIST.
James studied music at Oxford University and worked for several years in Paris and Bermuda before returning to England to base himself in London. Most recently, as well as writing music and lyrics for London-Paris-Roam!, with book and additional lyrics by Sarah Tullamore, James was awarded a grant from the Arts Council to develop a new musical, Silent Voices, inspired by the life of Doris Stokes, a controversial celebrity medium from the 1980s who was known as "the housewife's clairvoyant". A workshop presentation of Silent Voices took place at the Tristan Bates Theatre in January 2016 and it is now being developed as a full-scale musical. In 2013, his musical Legacy Falls enjoyed a sold-out run at the New York Musical Theatre Festival having earlier been produced at the New Players Theatre in London. Other musicals include Joan of Arc; Nine Days - based on the life of Lady Jane Grey. He has also written extensively for pantomimes and Christmas shows, providing complete
- riginal scores for productions of Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, The Firebird, Ali Baba, and
Snow White. Recently, his music was heard in Hawaii where two original songs were used in the score of Prince Dance Company’s touring production of Que Sueñes Con Las Angelitas. He has worked as Musical Director on numerous productions, including A Little Night Music (Earl Cameron Theatre, Bermuda), If I Were Me (Edinburgh Fringe Festival) An Evening of Johnny Mercer and An Evening of Bricusse and Wildhorn (Russell Scott Entertainment). He was Assistant MD on the French production of The Lion King (Stage Entertainment France, Théatre Mogador, Paris).

JOHN FLORENCIO - ASSOCIATE PIANIST 1
Filipino-American pianist John Florencio started his musical training at the age of 5. He made his first appearance in public at 10. He moved to the U.S. at 16 and went on to finish his piano studies at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. His years following the Conservatory were spent performing in concert halls across many cities in the U.S., Europe and Asia for artists in many genres ranging from classical, jazz, pop, rock and alternative
- music. Past shows include: “Sweeney Todd”, “Putting it Together: A Sondheim review”,
“The Fantasticks”, “Songs for A New World”, “Edges”,” Ordinary Days” and “The Last Five Years”.

RUSSELL LUCAS - DIRECTOR
Russell trained in acting, voice and movement in Birmingham and London. He has been a performer since the age of seven and directed for over twenty years encompassing plays, musicals, mime, revues, choreography, pantomime, new writing and youth based arts. His recent works include TAPE FACE Xmas Special, 'ATROPHY' by Heather Uprichard (SHUNT), adapting and directing 'HENRY V' at The Stanwix Theatre, 'TITUS ANDRONICUS' at The Cockpit, co-creating & directing 'NIGHTBUS' with Linda Marlowe & Sarah-Louise Young at The Pleasance and the UK premiere of 'THE FAT MAN'S WIFE' by Tennessee Williams at The Canal Cafe Theatre. Passionate about independent theatre making, he has worked with Tricity Vogue, Sh!t Theatre, directed the short play 'THE EARTHWORKS' by Tom Morton-Smith (Oppenheimer) at The Soho, 'ICARUS' by Martin Malcolm at The Southwark Playhouse and several new musicals for Goldsmiths.
