  1. Life Never Ends

  2. RESOURCES George Anderson – Lessons from the Light Michael Newton – Journey of Souls; – Memories of the Afterlife Eben Alexander MD – Proof of Heaven Anita Moorjani – Dying to Be Me Judith Orloff MD – The Power of Surrender Graehme Hall – Odysseys of Love: Death Dementia and the Soul Esther Hicks/Abraham – Ask and It Is Given

  3. Death is a daring expansion of ourselves. There is nothing to be afraid of. You're not losing power; you're gaining it. The Dalai Lama laughed about his own death, calling it "just a change of clothing." Judith Orloff – The Power of Surrender

  4. For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known. 1 Cor. 13.12

  5. This other, vastly grander universe isn't far away physically, but simply exists on a different frequency. It's right here, right now, but we're unaware of it because we are for the most part closed to those frequencies on which it manifests. Like understands like. The universe is so constructed that to truly understand any part of its many dimensions and levels, you have to become a part of that dimension – you have to open yourself to an identity with that part of the universe that you already possess, but which you may not have been conscious of. Eben Alexander MD – Proof of Heaven

  6. Max Planck, known as the father of quantum mechanics said, 'I regard matter as derivative from consciousness.' If he's right, it makes sense that when our bodies (matter) are gone, we will become pure consciousness again. Judith Orloff – The Power of Surrender

  7. Heaven is a place of pure thought, a continuous feeling of a powerful mental force directing everything in uncanny harmony. Souls contact one another just by thinking of them. Here no one is a stranger and there is total lack of hostility toward anyone. We recognize a universal bond between us which makes us all the same. Michael Newton – Journey of Souls

  8. You can't do it all right. You can't do it all wrong. Relax: imperfection is part of the beauty you're after. You have just one imperative: live each moment with the most open, generous heart you can have, with the most faith you can summon. Then wildly spread these heart- altering blessings around. Judith Orloff – The Power of Surrender

  9. We are the only judge of our performance – there is no hell or punishment. We place our souls on a path of understanding and forgiveness to learn from mistakes and move closer to the Infinite Light. George Anderson – Lessons from the Light

  10. Am I living the life I want? If I died tomorrow, would something important be left undone? What positive changes can I still make to my life?

  11. The key to growth is understanding we are given the ability to make mid-course corrections in our life and having the courage to make necessary changes when what we are doing is not working for us. By conquering fear and taking risks, our karmic pattern adjusts to the effects of the new choices. Michael Newton – Journey of Souls

  12. How often do I use LOVE to serve others? What kind of circumstances keep me from loving? What fears can I overcome with love?

  13. Until the day comes when we recover our true spiritual self, we should do everything in our power to get in touch with this miraculous aspect of ourselves, to cultivate it and bring it to light. How do we get closer to this genuine spiritual self? By manifesting love and compassion. These are real and concrete and they make up the very fabric of the spiritual realm. We must become like that realm, even while we are plodding through this one. Eben Alexander MD – Proof of Heaven

  14. Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; where there is sadness, joy.

  15. O Divine Master, grant that I may seek not so much to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand; to be loved as to love. For it is in giving that we receive; it is in pardoning that we are pardoned; it is dying to self that we are born to eternal life.

  16. I am an eternal being and Love is the path to my best life!
