Specials and 5-Day Cycle
In an effort to reduce contact among students and staff, we will be following a 5-day cycle. Last year, specials ran on a 6-day cycle, whereas a student had PE class on days 1 and 3, and Health on day 5. They may also have had Art on days 2, 4, and 6 for one quarter. This year the schedule is condensed. In lieu of having a class every other day for one quarter, students will have the same two specials everyday, for the first marking period of a quarter and then different specials for the second marking period of that same quarter. The amount of days the students will have each special remains the same. The
- nly difference is that the days are consecutive.
