WHO I AM APP USER EXPERIENCE CONSULTANT UI VISUAL DESIGNER & DEVELOPER Over the last for 9 years I have been creating visually beautiful and functional online solutions with agencies, for businesses and with my own personal clients. From working in different areas of the UX process, be it; inital meetings with clients, research & the full design of the information architecture, to visually designing the User Interface, and to finally, the front end development whilst working with the back end development teams, I am able to understand every step of the process as I utilize UX methodologies. CASE STUDY: GO INSPECT THE SITUATION Approached by the industry leader to design a product that would allow any type of inspection to be created and carried out anywhere in the world. With a portfolio of over 900 companies totalling 60,000 workers in varying sectors the task was made all the more difficult by ensuring complete off line functionality and a zero learning curve product THE SOLUTION This project was approached by first creating working groups of users to understand the requirements at all levels of use, from management to the most basic users. It became clear that the solution would need a super easy interface that allowed drag and dropping technology. Wizard driven forms ensuring higher accuracy and speed of data entry.
