John Rowan and Partners LLP have formed a strategic alliance with Madrid based VMT & Associates S.L. to provide consultancy services. VMT Associates is an Independent building consultancy offering professional services to international companies. We believe that as professional consultants John Rowan and Partners and VMT Associates share the same values in seeking to build upon our reputation of having excellent technical consultancy capability, whilst maintaining an awareness of our clients' needs and requirements.
Despite political uncertainty in Spain and UK(Brexit), which is affecting investor confidence, John Rowan & Partners LLP and VMT-Associates SL are assisting clients to achieve returns on investment, push forward, maximize the potential in investment\acquisition opportunities and new development projects in the residential, hospitality and commercial sectors. The Lowry Hotel was the first five star hotel in Manchester and one of only 20 hotels in the UK to be part of Leading Hotels of The World. Services included TDD and complete bedroom fit-out and repairs.
Luxury Hotel, Marbella
This new high luxury 5 star hotel exchanged hands prior to opening up. Services included compliance checks, TDD, construction defects solutions and design.

Luis provides advice on stock development, providing feasibility studies up to project conception and completion, due diligence and defect analysis of property assets, in order to advise clients into improving their assets. Veronica leads the Spanish office and is a member of the RICS Iberia Board and of the Built Environment. She has also been involved in developing the "RICS Best Practice & Guidance Note for Technical Due Diligence of Commercial, Industrial & Residential Property in Continental Europe". Veronica’s agility and flexibility enables her to remain close to our clients from the start of the project to its final delivery.
