80 newspapers of 22 countries (incl. Switzerland German/French language)

African and Saudi Arabian data still to come

more than 30 researchers, sometimes in different teams

Sample: the biggest national, tabloid and regional newspaper of each country

Survey Period: 14 days between April and July 2011 (two artificial weeks)

Examination Unit: articles concerning sport topics in the complete newspaper (short news, telegram news and results/statitistics were not coded)
