production, and non-use of nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons, and associated equipment, materiel, technologies, and delivery systems for use in the development, manufacture, production, and use of such weapons.

  • Governmental agency responsible since 2004 for Following up the

Implementation of Iraq’s obligation under non- Proliferation International treaties and convention and the Implementation of SCR 1540(2004).

  • Working as a coordinator with and between all Iraqi ministries and

International agencies .

  • The National Monitoring Authority for Non-proliferation Act No.48 was

issued in 2012 with the instructions for implementing this act to prevent the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
