Rota Capital is a financial consultancy company based in Istanbul, founded at 2013 by Mr. Murat YANIK who is a well- known executive. Mr. YANIK, received his Bachelor degree from Gazi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences with a high honor degree in 1983 and studied for master’s degree at the same faculty. PARTNERS Korhan SENGUN Partner, Attorney At Law Mr. SENGUN has a bachelors degree from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and a master’s degree at Istanbul University Institude of Social Sciences. He speaks Turkish and English. He is the founder of Sengun & Sengun Law Office (1990). In recent years, he has been predominantly working on Commercial Law, Company Law, Capital Markets Law, Banking Law, Competition Law, and a large part of his legal activities contains commercial and corporate transactions; including establishment of publicly-traded companies, commercial mergers, demergers & acquisitions, technical due diligence, corporate management and restructuring in particular. Zafer KAYMAKCI Partner, Former Chief Auditor of Capital Markets Board of Turkey (SPK) Mr. KAYMAKCI has a bachelors degree from Ankara University Faculty of Political Science. He speaks Turkish. After a long-term working at the Capital Markets Board of Turkey that is is the regulatory and supervisory authority in charge of the securities markets in Turkey, he’s retired as a Chief Auditor . Mr. KAYMAKCI continued his career at various financial and capital market institutions. Today, he works with Rota Capital on Stock Market and Capital Market operations.
