The introduction of the “Sapphire Collection” at Club Marbella / Regency Palms marks one of the most important developments in the Club’s

• history. Forty three apartments have

benefited from a significant upgrade / modernisation offering Members a totally new experience in terms of comfort and facilities.

Introduction

This presentation describes in detail the improvements that have been introduced into the “Sapphire Collection” apartments. The full range of facilities that Members can now enjoy whilst staying in this apartment type at Club Marbella / Regency Palms include:-

• Complete reconfiguration to maximise space

efficiency;

• Full air-conditioning;
• Spacious open-plan living area;
• Bespoke kitchen incorporating modern features;
• Stylish modern furniture throughout including

balcony settees;

• Bathrooms totally refitted with contemporary

fittings;

• LCD flat screen digital televisions and versatile

music station;

• Washing machine incorporating dryer;
• LED (Light Emitting Diode) bulbs.

The rationale for the creation of the Sapphire Collection

In order to improve Members’ onsite experience and protect Members’ exchange trading power, the Crown Resorts’ Committee approved for 2016/17 the investment of part of the net proceeds derived from the

• utright sale of Club apartments at Club Caronte.

In total forty three apartments located in Club Marbella / Regency Palms have now been upgraded to the greatly enhanced “Sapphire Collection" standard. The objective was to create a modern and spacious apartment which offers the sensation of increased space and improved functionality whilst incorporating the most up-to-date modern features and facilities, thereby creating an entirely new standard of accommodation for Crown Resorts’ Members.

LCD TV sets Three LCD flat screen television sets have been installed in the “Sapphire Collection” apartment - 42” screen in the lounge area and 27” screens in the two bedrooms Music station Allowing connection from your preferred music source:

Air conditioning Air conditioning with an “inverter system” has been installed. This regulates the speed of the compressor motor thereby optimizing consumption and reducing operational costs. Shower/bath temperature regulators Taps with temperature regulators have been installed for the shower and bath in both bathrooms.

Recognising the increase in electrical demand within the “Sapphire Collection” apartment, we have increased the potential electricity capacity from 3,800 - W to 5,000 -W. Sapphire apartment electrical box Apartment front door

Sun resistant, secure front doors have been installed – a practical and a distinctive welcome feature.

Aluminum doors and window frames Aluminum frames offer a reduction of condensation and noise (i.e. increased insulation) and an aesthetic appearance to the balcony door and window frames.

Washing machine & Dryer The installation of a washer/dryer is an appropriate feature in an apartment of the “Sapphire Collection” quality and standard.

Smoke detectors Two ceiling mounted smoke detectors have been installed.

Sapphire Collection special safety features

Telephones Three telephones have been installed; one in the lounge and one in each of the bedrooms.

Double flush Cisterns Conventional cisterns use up to 12 liters of water when filled. Cisterns with double flush systems between 4.5 and 6 litres. LED (Light Emitting Diode) bulbs LED bulbs have a lower voltage but the “same quality” of light, signifying lower consumption and increased longevity.
