Interim Evaluation 5  Evaluation questions:  To what extent has the program been implemented as planned?  To what extent have AB109 offenders improved outcomes, particularly recidivism?  What are the results and lessons of Year 1?  Activities  Develop evaluation plan and logic model  Conduct interviews with service providers and AB109 and 1170(h) offenders  Analyze client-level data (e.g., units of service, outcomes, etc).

Options for Long-term Evaluation 6  Key questions  What are SCC ’ s evaluation priorities?  How are similar counties implementing their AB109 programs?  What is SCC ’ s data capacity?  What are SCC ’ s data needs?  What are the options for long-term evaluation of AB109 implementation?  Activities  Interviews and surveys  IT site visit
