CATA (Cyber Aptitude and Talent Assessment) ● Free, online test to assess your cyber aptitude and talent ● Designed to find people who have the skills in cyber and to steer people towards the cyber career that fits them ● No previous knowledge of cyber needed ● Tests convergent creativity, spatial visualization, anomaly detection, mental model building and pattern learning ● Results/feedback provided by Haystack Solutions after one week Haystack Solutions is a cyber security recruiting firm assisting UMBC’s CTF/Computer science programs by identifying high potential cyber talent.
