European Researchers' Night events have been organised in Hungary from 2005 with coordination of:

  • TEMPUS: 2006-2013
  • Bay Zoltán: 2010-2015
  • RCISD: 2016-2017

In Involvement of private sector

Several programmes involve SMEs before and during the Night Pre-events:

  • Presentations of SMEs during Science Cafés
  • Press dinner organised in Csopa Playbar (SMEs)
  • Press Conference organised in Ericsson (SMEs)
  • 5th anniversary Girls’ Day organised by Association of Hungarian

Women in Science (NGO) Events during the night:

  • Workshop of innovative SMEs
  • Presentations of products of innovative SMEs
  • Exhibitions, science shows, games, robot programming, hands-on

activities organised by SMEs
