PLA YER ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Its not what I can get from team this but what I can give to the team….. Coaches are approachable - Please communicate directly with them Missed practices and games - Each coach has own rules Playing time, expectations - discuss with coach Buses for games during the week - Will take as a group Grades to play Dinners and Events attendance Your decisions & actions will result in a typical reaction from someone…be wise! You represent the school and your team - people are watching

46

SLIDE 47

P ARENTS ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES

We all want the best for our kid - I get it - Have two that have played or is playing college sports We all know more than your coach - I get that too, BUT……. Your job is a silent encourager No coaching from the stands! Let your athlete communicate with her coaches .... not you. Please follow proper chain of command of communication Playing time is not discussed with you Don’t come to fence and dugout and deal with your daughter - water, etc 24 hour Rule with any coach not applicable this year!
