You will receive an email from SmartBidNet.com to update your company with Graham through SmartBid semi-annually. Your firm will be receiving an Invitation to Bid by e-mail. If your company is interested in quoting any project: • Please respond to the invitation to let us know you will be quoting. You must have a valid e-mail and NAICS codes in the system to receive an invitation. • Be sure to let us know ALL scopes of work you are interested in quoting. • You will need to sign the confidentiality agreement (on SmartBidNet.com) before you can view the project documents.
