– Training of coaches in facilities – Developing appropriate sports based activities – Developing local opportunities in Year 2 & 3 – Training of day service staff
CSAF funding was held by Welwyn Hatfield BC Employment of project officer through Herts Sport and Wellbeing Foundation (Herts Sports Partnership Charity) Officer line managed by WHBC and HSP Based at 2 local sports centres No one really knew who I was owned by!

Herts Sports and Wellbeing Foundation Charity was no longer needed by HSP Only staff employed through charity were ours No one wanted to employ me! So easiest solution….
Within a year we had 6 new trustees and a new name

Main goal is to continue to diversify income:
Raise the profile of the charity further:
So that we can focus on making Herts a better place for people with a disability!
