Feedback We’ve Received
Would like to make program & intake changes prior to the cycle rollover Entry level tied to intakes Entry levels in a broader context – what are they for an applicant? Entry levels and special pathways, transfers Length, credential at the intake level Special codes (seeing the full descriptions) Bulk edit of intake availability Too much white space Issues when cloning a program – not all fields copy over Program Categories – do not always fit the program Current process is too rigid – ie timelines More flexibility for program categories Ensure edits are saving

Program Management Enhancements
NEW FEATURE GOALS
- 1. Allow changes to proposed catalogue before the next application cycle
- ccurs.
Currently, once the spreadsheet is loaded in to the system in June, colleges cannot make any changes to their catalogue until the rollover in the fall.
- 2. Improve UI for day-to-day program management.
Changes to place more valuable information on the screen and reduce clicks for repeated activities for the program management screens that people use
- n a daily basis to update availability, change intakes, and make other
changes.

Future Vision for the Program Catalogue
HOW CAN OCAS MAKE YOUR LIFE EASIER FOR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT?
Brainstorm individually 1 Share with group at each station 2 Collect key points and share with the larger room. 3

Questions to Consider:
What program related data should we start collecting and what program related data does your college no longer use? (i.e. Start – display requirements) 1 What fields would be important to attach to intakes? (i.e. Entry level, start dates..) 2 What are some of the challenges related to entry levels? (i.e. Applicants don’t understand what entry level means) 3 Other thoughts about the program catalogue? 4
