SEEK & FIND HEALTHCARE FLOOR PLAN

How Fast was it to find the items in the first Floor Plan? How Fast was it to find items in Second Floor Plan? 5min/item checking datasheets vs. 0.5 secs applying filter for all items If this were scored on Accuracy, which would you feel more comfortable with submitting?

§ Parameter usage Optimizes use/function/operation of Revit Technology § Consolidates medical equipment data (information accessible to multiple parties by linkage of programs) § Produces higher quality and informative plans for AEC team and makes QAQC more efficient process

This takes time.

MODELING THE EQUIPMENT

The 3d detail isn’t the time investment. The time investment is getting general shapes right, getting general size right, comparing and reading through multiple pages of Literature on devices. High level 3D detail is a small add on time, but valuable.

  • 1. DROFUS DATA EXPORTED IN EXCEL
  • 2. REVIT .RFA FAMILIES (WITH SELECTED PARAMETERS EXPORTED VIA CTC)
  • 3. POPULATE DATA Via Excel (Functions MATCH and INDEX, CADID)
  • 4. IMPORT data BACK IN TO REVIT via CTC

Add Tags and schedule for reference, This could be the handoff to our MEP engineers to design CDs…

NEXT STEP IS TO INCLUDE SCHEDULE

slide-33
SLIDE 33
  • Reduce field change cost
  • Reduce delays in schedule
  • Improve quality of CDs
  • Transition more smoothly for hospital and staff
  • Happy staff, happy patients
