  4. PROPOSED TIMELINE X APRIL 12 2018 Facilities Task Force Organizational Meeting School Work Group proposes and Task Force approves recommended criteria APRIL 27 for initial screening of schools. Administrative Site Work Group proposes and Task Force approves MAY 10 recommended criteria for initial screening of administrative sites. School Work Group shares school-specific data on initial screening of all schools. MAY 25 Task Force has first opportunity to review Phase 1 data. Administrative Site Work Group shares site-specific data on initial screening of all JUNE 14 administrative buildings. School Work Group gives an update on Phases 2 and 3.   8. PHASE 1 SCREENING CRITERIA STUDENT Each screening has a set threshold. ENROLLMENT Threshold Not Met: CONSIDERED BUILDING CAPACITY Threshold Met: NOT CONSIDERED BUILDING CONDITION At the end of Phase 1, each building will have a STUDENT DATA COMPOSITE which will be used by the School Work Group to recommend the need for TRANSFER IN/ additional screening before action by the TRANSFER Facilities Task Force.
