  3. Programmatically, it will be important that we offer each group, both treatment and comparison, the opportunity to access identical supports. Through this, we can assist with adhering to the fidelity of the study.

Socialserve.com data base is the tool this pilot will utilize to connect to housing options The inmate will be matched to the appropriate level of services based on scores provided by ADC This follows what is called the Risk Need Responsivity model of recidivism reduction. This model will differentiate low risk offenders from higher risk offenders in order to provide the appropriate level of treatment

  5. ▪ 13 weeks of housing paid ▪ Next 13 weeks are paid by the participant ▪ If employed and determined apartment ready, they can be referred to Rapid Re-Housing and be set up in an apartment ▪ The expectation would be they sustain the housing for the remainder of their lease timeline

  6. SERVICES INCLUDE ▪ Orientations and follow ups ▪ Assistance in identifying and matching appropriate housing options ▪ Housing financial assistance coordination

PARTICIPAN ANTS TS ▪ Randomly selected ▪ Release to Maricopa County Step 1 ▪ Successfully complete and be released from Participate the Second Chance Center Program ▪ Complete the Road Map to Housing Class Step 2 Participate ▪ Participate in orientation and follow-up sessions Step 3 Participate! ▪ Inmates will be shown the following: ▪ https://youtu.be/jeWFfSaTJzM

CORRE RRECTIONAL O L OFFICER ERS ▪ Assist inmates in searching the Step 1 socialserve.com database for appropriate Participate housing ▪ Complete and provide The Housing Priority Document to A New Leaf Staff Step 2 Participate ▪ Communicate with A New Leaf Staff on any Step 3 housing changes Participate!

A NEW L LEA EAF ▪ Be present every Wednesday and Thursday beginning September 12, 2019. ▪ Conduct orientations and follow-up sessions ▪ Communicate with Correctional Officers Step 1 Participate ▪ Communicate with chosen Sober Living Recovery Homes/RRH Step 2 ▪ Track participants housing progress Participate ▪ Maintain data and submit monthly/quarterly Step 3 reports Participate! ▪ Facilitate monthly partner meetings to identify trends, gaps in program
