to Jennie Dean and dog park more pedestrian friendly and visually inviting

• Add parking to periphery areas

To Accomplish Objectives

• Create industrial park on sites of

concrete plant and old ABC Distributers

• Relocate auto related businesses,

county storage, and day labor site to new industrial park

• Replace auto businesses with art

spaces, and businesses more conducive to the area

• Convert other sites to open plazas or

green space
