Getting started PGD – develop, obtain sign off from all parties & trust Staff training – Vaccinators, PGD Quiz, sign off Letters to GP’s Identified area in ANC to vaccinate Development of paperwork for patients records & GP’s Order equipment & vaccines Communications – Community midwives, GP’s, Trust Intranet, BBC

  4. Challenges PGD – sign off delayed starting the clinic on the 1 st September 2016 Training for key staff Fridge – sent without keys!
