Northeastern'University'and*BMC have*invested*in*monitoring*and* upgrading*their*steam*systems*and*traps.* Upgrading*and*replacing*HVAC*and*lighting*technologies*and* implementing*variable*speed*drives*to*motors*were*noted*as*key*first* steps*for*the*majority'of'the'First'Movers.
