Proposed Timetable • February: Scope approval from FDOT and draft RFP • March: RFP published • April: Pre-bid meeting (if needed) • Late April – Early May: Receive bids and conduct staff committee review and scoring • Late May: Presentation of selected vendor to Board Committee • June Board meeting: Approval of contract by HART Board • Final product(s): Approximately 18 to 20 months from Notice to Proceed 7
