Women’s Health and Fitness Expo 2019 presented by the Women’s Ministry Department. Thank you for viewing this Media Kit with the intention of supporting this vital, inspiring, life transforming event which was designed to encourage and equip women of all ages, nationalities, socioeconomic status, religious beliefs and backgrounds. As you peruse this document please see your supporting role in this humanitarian effort and visualize your mother, daughter, aunt, niece or a female friend being impacted by the information, propelled by the encouragement and forever changed by the love! We have not stopped praying for you since the first day we heard about you. MISSION: Encouraging and equipping women of all ages and from all walks of life to pursue and maintain a holistically healthy and wealthy lifestyle that will be passed down to the next generations.

• Building a strong foundation of medical, dental, mental, physical, psychological,

financial, educational and spiritual support system for women from all walks of life

• Promoting with excellence and presenting with grace and love, this support

system to a community of female populace through Expositions, Conferences and local outreaches. VISION: Strengthening families by empowering women of all ages and from all walks of life, with knowledge and understanding of their physical and spiritual needs and the wisdom to achieve all their dreams and aspirations. Supporting young mothers and consequently young grandmothers that do not have the experiential knowledge and wisdom needed to guide a young generation of mothers into healthy practices.

When will the Expo take place? May 12 -18th 2019 has been designated the National Women’s Health Week, and so it is fitting that we close the week with this awesome event. Lives will be positively impacted and change on :

questions throughout the day.

• Demonstrations – Numerous fitness and cooking demos offering women a way to

learn how to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
