Exploring Public/Private Partnership: Relief during Times of Peace and Disaster MIAMI, FL-May 28, 2009- Close to 100 government officials, corporations, and non-profit organizations gathered aboard the Carnival Cruise Ship Destiny at the Port of Miami for the AmericasRelief Team’s Regional Crisis Relief Annual Luncheon.
