Issues with growth

  • Sustaining growth

– Contracts are not infinite – they end. – Need to sustain current workforce and continue growth – Small projects are no longer fine

  • Facilities

– No suitable facilities within short driving distance – Trying to expand within existing Business Park

  • Hiring (and to some extend retaining) top notch talent

– Significant competition from NewSpace, Google, Amazon etc., – Salaries are higher – Competition even for interns!

  • Org Structure

– Everyone reports to me – becoming bottle neck – New positions never considered before: PM, QA, CM, Facility, PO
