Introduction

Iran Ofogh Industrial Development Company (IOID)  IOID was incorporated under the Iranian Registration Act as a Private Joint Stock Company in 1987. The company was formed to provide comprehensive technical and integrated services towards national oil, gas and petrochemical development projects in Iran. Our partners Edgo, based in London, with over 29 branches in middle East and North Africa is specialized in energy development projects.  IOID’s Core activities include:  Technical and Engineering – Provision of MC services, EPC contracting, Studies and

technical Support services including the provision of chemicals and services for drilling and production.

 Operation and Maintenance – Management & execution of field maintenance,

commissioning and start ups

 Integrated Logistic Support Services – Including HR services, through our

subsidiaries
