ETHICAL REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO MONTH 4 • PRIMARY DATA COLLECTION – Detailed information on the informed consent procedures that will be implemented for the participation of humans  We have already the consent form; disclosure consent form; information leaflet ; recruitment letter. Need to be customised – FRI, MONT, UOB and UNIVE, who will carry out primary data collection will provide confirmation of ethical approval by the competent institutional Data Protection Officer and/or authorization or notification by the Data Protection Authority • SECONDARY DATA – In case of data not publicly available, relevant authorizations must be provided – The applicant must provide details on the material which will be imported to/exported from EU and provide the adequate authorizations WE MUST DETAIL THE METHODOLOGY AND DATA TO BE USED IN RESEARCH IN THE WPs

INTERNAL COMMS AND GOVERNANCE 3 Network Steering Board Meetings @ Summer Schools With 6 month video conference updates NETWORK STEERING BOARD PI, UoB Project Management Team, UoB Network Coordinator and WP Leads. WORK PACKAGE LEADS • Liaise to complete WP outline and secondment project plan forms • Oversee day-to-day management of WP and communicates with PI regularly • Inform the PI of any other difficulty arising in connection with the conduct of the tasks.
