ETHICAL REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO MONTH 4

  • PRIMARY DATA COLLECTION

– Detailed information on the informed consent procedures that will be implemented for the participation of humans  We have already the consent form; disclosure consent form; information leaflet ; recruitment

– FRI, MONT, UOB and UNIVE, who will carry out primary data collection will provide confirmation of ethical approval by the competent institutional Data Protection Officer and/or authorization or notification by the Data Protection Authority

  • SECONDARY DATA

– In case of data not publicly available, relevant authorizations must be provided – The applicant must provide details on the material which will be imported to/exported from EU and provide the adequate authorizations
